AntigenMap3D#

Created the web frontend and server infrastructure for the application. The backend software takes the antigen data in columnar text and generated an output of 3D coordinates representing the antigenic distance. The web frontend has to handle user input validation, job tracking, and user friendly display of the 3D coordinates. JMol was selected as the display method and format conversion between the backend output and JMol compatible input was developed.

FluMap#

Created the web frontend and server infrastructure for the application. The backend software maps sequences to a protein model; this allow for researchers to better visualize where the protein has changed. The web frontend is similar to AntigenMap3D and preforms the same general roles.
